Hilton Business Park extends to 32 hectares (79 acres) with currently 46,450 sq m (500,000 sq ft) of existing buildings on site.

Hilton Business Park offers design and build options to meet occupiers specific requirements, including land for expansion. Buildings of between 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) to 41,800 sq m (450,000 sq ft) can be accommodated.

A new design and build facility of 6,503 sq m (69,996 sq ft) has been constructed for Daher Sawley.

Existing industrial and warehousing units from 557 sq m (6,000 sq ft) up to 18,580 sq m (200,000 sq ft) may be available on short or medium term leases.
