Hilton Business Park extends to 32 hectares (79 acres) with currently 46,450 sq m (500,000 sq ft) of existing buildings on site.

Hilton Business Park offers design and build options to meet occupiers specific requirements, including land for expansion. Buildings of between 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) to 41,800 sq m (450,000 sq ft) can be accommodated.

A new design and build facility of 6,503 sq m (69,996 sq ft) has been constructed for Daher Sawley.

Existing industrial and warehousing units from 557 sq m (6,000 sq ft) up to 16,258 sq m (175,000 sq ft) may be available on short or medium term leases.

Areas of open storage of up to 6.9 ha (17 acres) can be offered on short term agreements.

Hilton Business Park will also offer a series of speculative units within the overall development proposals. Plot 2 – units currently available ranging in size from 557 sq m (6,000 sq ft) to 1,114 sq m (12,000 sq ft).
